By booking a tour, private transport package, or custom itinerary with Exotic Rajasthan, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully.
Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit amount specified in your travel quote, followed by a formal booking invoice issued by our Jaipur central desk. Full payment must be settled at least 7 days prior to the start of your tour, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We design custom tour itineraries based on local seasonal availability. While we make every effort to stick strictly to the confirmed plan, we reserve the right to modify routes, heritage hotel accommodations, or transport schedules in response to unexpected blockages, weather warnings, or security adjustments.
It is the absolute responsibility of the traveler to possess a valid passport, required travel visas, and health declarations. Exotic Rajasthan is not liable for any delays, boarding refusals, or booking cancellations caused by missing traveler documents. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance prior to arrival.
Our private car rental packages include a dedicated vehicle, tourist-permit driver, toll taxes, state parking charges, and fuel. Drivers follow local transport regulations and security guidelines. Daily driving shifts are limited to a maximum of 12 hours or 250 kilometers to ensure passenger safety.
Exotic Rajasthan operates as an organizer of travel bookings. We are not liable for personal injury, property loss, delays, or additional expenses caused by weather disruptions, state lockdowns, strikes, airline delays, or third-party hotels default.
